What a great time the Scarlet Plums had on their dinner train. We decided to invite our friends and significant others on this trip and a great time was had by all. We met at McCloud and boarded the train at 5:30. By 6:00, the train was pulling out of the station and we started with our first course. Between the salad and entree, several people walked up to the observation car to watch the beautiful scenery. It was a gorgeous night, temperatures perfect and the company fantastic. By the time we returned to the station at 9:00 p.m., we were just finishing our desserts and coffee.
