On January 18, twenty-five Scarlet Plums met at Moe's Pizza in Bieber to enjoy dinner together. They also took the opportunity to talk about some upcoming events for 2006.

One of the items on the calendar for 2006 is the Wine and Chocolate Rendezvous. This is the second "Rendezvous" the Scarlet Plums will participate in. Last year's event was a tremendous success. The Plums provided all of the chocolate desserts and the Adin Supply provided the wine. This year's event promises to be just as fun. February 12th is the date. Mark it on your calendar and make a date with your sweetheart to attend. Try a new variety of wine, or just endulge your chocolate fantasies.

April 22nd will be the second annual High Tea in Adin. Last year over 65 Red Hatters from Adin, Surprise Valley, Burney and Alturas attended the event. The food was prepared and served by the Big Valley Home Economics class and entertainment was provided. The Scarlet Plums hope to outdo themselves with the High Tea scheduled this year. You won't want to miss it!
