Big Valley Days is an annual event that is held to celebrate the establishment of the towns in Big Valley: Adin, Bieber, Lookout and Nubieber.

In 2005 Big Valley Days was held in Bieber, and the Scarlet Plums were there to strut their stuff. The ladies got together on Saturday morning to decorate their float; a 25 foot, red, fifth wheel trailer. The ladies set four tables with tea service for four. On Sunday morning they donned their red and purple attire, grabbed their parasols and enjoyed a spot of tea as they were transported down Bridge Street. They won first prize!
