On Saturday afternoon, September 17, 2005, the Red Hat ladies gathered once again to help with Autumn Nights in Adin.
Autumn Nights was held for the first time in 2004 when Steve and Julie Gagnon decided they would like to host an event where friends and neighbors could gather together to enjoy a good dinner, a nice beverage, a little dessert, and welcome the approaching Autumn season.

This year the event included a Prime Rib dinner, wine and beer tasting, and a wonderful dessert of apple pie provided by the Scarlet Plums. Several gifts were raffled off at the end of the event, including a night's stay at the Surprise Valley Hot Springs in Cedarville won by Paul and Roberta Young.
About 125 people attended the event, enjoying each other's company, talking about their summer's activities, and discussing the changing leaves and cooler temperatures.
The proceeds from the dinner were donated to the beautification projects in the town of Adin. As usual, the Scarlet Plums came through, providing more than enough dessert for everyone.
